My journey to Jamaica began early, I mean early, this morning. I woke up around 3:30am and hit the road, traveling down to our Minneapolis office. I met Jim Noreen, our Haiti operations manager who just happen to be flying to Haiti on the same day and was on my flight to Miami, at our office parking lot. After struggling to carry our overloaded bags to the metro transit train, we were cruising through the airport taking advantage of Jim's gold status with American Airlines as a frequent flyer.
